Lucky Tree Coffee: Lucky Tree Coffee holds a special place in our hearts because it was one of our go-to spots during our time at Meredith College, which is located directly across the street. Whether you're a student, working remotely, meeting a friend, or just looking for a welcoming local coffee shop, Lucky Tree is a Raleigh favorite for a reason.
Iris Coffee Lab: Located in Downtown Raleigh, Iris Coffee Lab is a must-visit for anyone who loves great coffee in a beautiful space. While their coffee is incredible, we also have to mention their matcha - it’s one of our favorites in Raleigh!
Jubala: A true Raleigh classic and one of those places we recommend over and over again. With multiple locations throughout the Triangle, it's easy to find a spot near you. And trust us on this one - get a biscuit while you're there. Their biscuits are legendary and are the perfect pairing with your coffee.
Little Native Coffee Co: Little Native Coffee Co. has quickly become one of our favorite places to grab coffee. The space is bright, welcoming, and one of our favorite spots to catch up with friends! Pair your coffee with one of their pastries for the perfect morning. Located in the heart of Downtown Raleigh!
Willow House Coffee: Willow House Coffee feels like stepping into a beautifully designed home. The cozy atmosphere, delicious specialty drinks, and attention to detail make it one of Raleigh's hidden gems. It's the kind of place you'll find yourself recommending to everyone. Press Coffee, Crepes & Cocktails: Located right in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, Press is one of our favorite brunch spots because it truly has something for everyone. Their sweet and savory crepes are the star of the menu, but they also serve great coffee and handcrafted cocktails if you're turning brunch into a weekend outing. Plus, we have to give them 10/10 aesthetic points - the space is absolutely adorable and the location makes it the perfect stop before exploring downtown.
Big Ed’s City Market Restaurant: A true Raleigh institution, Big Ed's has been serving up classic Southern breakfast in Downtown Raleigh for years. Think fluffy biscuits, country ham, pancakes, eggs, and all the comfort food you could ask for. If you're visiting Raleigh for the first time, this is a must! Their pancakes are MASSIVE, so come hungry. If you visit the downtown location, make a morning out of it and stop by Beow's Books afterward to browse one of Raleigh's cutest bookstores.
State Farmer’s Market Restaurant: She's an icon, she's a legend. Known for hearty Southern cooking, fresh biscuits, and classic breakfast favorites, it's the perfect place to enjoy a traditional North Carolina breakfast before exploring everything the Farmers Market has to offer.
The Flying Biscuit Cafe: A colorful and fun brunch destination that's famous for - you guessed it - their fluffy biscuits. Their menu has everything from breakfast bowls and omelets to pancakes and grits, making it a great option for groups with different tastes. This is Liv's favorite! We find ourselves coming to the Village location often. The biscuits with their famous apple butter are SO good and are a must-order every time.
Birdie’s Barroom: Located right in Downtown Raleigh, Birdie's is a super cute spot that puts a modern twist on brunch favorites while still delivering comforting, flavorful dishes. The atmosphere is lively, welcoming, and the perfect mix of trendy and relaxed, making it one of our favorite places for a weekend brunch with friends.

Happy + Hale: If you're looking for something fresh, healthy, and delicious, Happy + Hale is always a great choice. Their grain bowls, salads, wraps, and smoothies are packed with flavor and make healthy eating anything but boring. The Bueno Bowl is a 10/10 and one of our go-to orders! Located in North Hills, it's the perfect place to grab lunch and then spend some time exploring the shops and restaurants nearby.
Eastcut Sandwich Bar: Eastcut serves some of the best sandwiches in Raleigh. Made with fresh ingredients and house-baked bread, every sandwich is packed with flavor. It's the perfect spot for a casual lunch when you're craving something delicious and filling. Located at Raleigh Iron Works, it's also a great area to explore afterward with local shops, restaurants, and plenty of places to hang out.
Morgan Street Food Hall: Can't decide what you're craving? Morgan Street Food Hall is the answer. With tons of local food vendors under one roof, everyone in your group can order something different, making it one of our favorite places to bring visitors who want to experience Raleigh's food scene. Located right in downtown! Bonus tip: their mimosa buckets on the weekends are so much fun! It's the perfect spot for a relaxed weekend lunch with friends.
Sola Coffee Café: Sola is so much more than just a coffee shop. Their sandwiches, bagels, wraps, and famous mini donuts make it a fantastic stop for breakfast or lunch. The relaxed atmosphere and outdoor seating make it one of our favorite neighborhood spots. Located near Crabtree Valley, it's an easy place to stop while you're shopping or exploring that area.
MoJoe’s Burger Joint: When you're craving a classic burger, MoJoe's is hard to beat. Their juicy burgers, crispy fries, and laid-back atmosphere have made them a Raleigh favorite for years. Located at the end of Glenwood South in Downtown Raleigh, it's the perfect casual spot before heading out to explore downtown.
Good Graces: Located inside The Exchange Raleigh, Good Graces offers elevated café-style meals in a beautiful setting. From fresh salads and sandwiches to coffee and pastries, it's a great choice for a casual lunch, afternoon meeting, or catching up with friends. We also love that they host fun themed event nights (like ladies' Mahjong nights!), and the surrounding area has adorable local shops to explore. Raleigh’s food scene has grown so much over the years, and there is no shortage of incredible places to enjoy a night out. From rooftop views and date night favorites to local staples we always recommend to friends visiting the area, these are some of our favorite dinner spots around the city.
Taverna Agora: Located right in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, Taverna Agora is one of our favorite spots for Greek and Mediterranean food. The food is incredible, but the rooftop is what makes this restaurant truly special - the views, atmosphere, and experience are absolutely amazing. This is Christy’s favorite restaurant in Raleigh! If you've ever visited her while she’s showing you around the city, there’s a very good chance you’ve been here. You cannot leave without ordering the flaming cheese… Opa! 🔥 It’s the perfect spot for a date night, girls' night, or dinner with friends.
Café Luna: Also located in Downtown Raleigh right next to Moore Square, Café Luna is a longtime local favorite with a cozy atmosphere and delicious Italian-inspired dishes. It’s the perfect place for a dinner date, celebration, or a night out before exploring downtown. Christy had her rehearsal dinner here! After dinner, head downstairs to Watts & Ward, a speakeasy-style cocktail bar hidden underneath the building. It’s such a fun way to continue your night!
Wye Hill Kitchen & Brewing: The best view of the Raleigh skyline, Wye Hill is one of our favorite restaurants in the city. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to enjoy dinner, drinks, and a beautiful North Carolina sunset. The views are truly unmatched, but thankfully the food and drinks are just as good. Bonus: it’s also one of our favorite dog-friendly spots in Raleigh! If you visit during the holidays, don’t miss their fun Christmas pop-up experience.
Big Cat: Big Cat is one of Raleigh’s newer restaurants and has quickly become a favorite. Olivia absolutely loves this spot and has already been telling everyone to go!
With a fun atmosphere, creative menu, and great cocktails, Big Cat is a great choice for a night out when you’re looking to try somewhere new.
Second Empire Restaurant & Tavern: In a beautifully restored Victorian home in Downtown Raleigh, Second Empire is one of the city’s most elegant dining experiences. This is the spot for a special occasion, anniversary dinner, or a night when you want to dress up and enjoy an elevated meal. According to Christy’s husband, Jarred, it has the best steak in Raleigh - so we had to include his official recommendation!
Mulino Italian Kitchen & Bar: Located in Downtown Raleigh, Mulino is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the city. The beautiful courtyard makes you feel like you've stepped somewhere far away from Raleigh, and the outdoor scenery is absolutely beautiful. One of the coolest things about Mulino? They have a pool right in the courtyard (no, you can’t jump in 😂), but it makes for such a unique and beautiful atmosphere. Enjoy handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, or a glass of wine while soaking in one of Raleigh’s prettiest dinner settings.
Brewery Bhavana: With locations in Downtown Raleigh and Fenton in Cary, Brewery Bhavana is one of those restaurants that feels like an experience from the moment you walk in. We love the low lighting, beautiful design, and cozy ambiance - it’s such a unique atmosphere for a night out. They serve Asian-inspired cuisine alongside their famous house-brewed beers, making it a great spot for dinner, drinks, or a special night out. The space alone makes it worth adding to your Raleigh list!

Watts & Ward: Located underground in Downtown Raleigh, Watts & Ward is one of our favorite cocktail bars in the city. This speakeasy-style spot feels like a hidden gem with its cozy vintage atmosphere, dim lighting, and incredible cocktails. Fun fact: Watts & Ward is located right underneath Café Luna, the Italian restaurant, so you can make an entire night out of dinner upstairs and cocktails downstairs. They even have live jazz bands on certain nights, which makes the experience even more special. It’s the perfect place for a date night, girls’ night, or a post-dinner drink.
Jolie: Located in Downtown Raleigh, Jolie is a beautiful French-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar with a cozy, elevated atmosphere. The space feels effortlessly chic, making it a great spot for a date night, special occasion, or drinks with friends. Their cocktails are absolutely delicious, and we love their truffle fries! It’s one of those places that feels like a little escape right in the middle of Raleigh.
The Willard: Located in Downtown Raleigh, The Willard Rooftop Lounge is one of our favorite places to enjoy a drink with a view. Sitting above the AC Hotel, this rooftop offers incredible views of the city skyline and is especially beautiful around sunset. Grab a cocktail, soak in the views, and enjoy one of Raleigh’s best rooftop experiences. This is a great spot when you want to show someone what makes Raleigh so special.
Songbird: A newer cocktail bar that doubles as a coffee shop in the mornings. The colorful space, creative drinks, and lively atmosphere make it a fun place to meet up with friends or start your night downtown. We love that you can stop in for coffee during the day and come back later for cocktails- the perfect Raleigh day-to-night spot. Close to midtown!
Capulet: Located inside 1000 Social, Capulet is a hidden gem with a cozy atmosphere and beautifully crafted cocktails. The space has a unique design inspired by a Catholic church. It’s the perfect place for a date night or a quieter evening out when you want somewhere that feels special. Grab a drink and enjoy the ambiance.
High Rail: Located in Downtown Raleigh, High Rail is a rooftop cocktail destination with a fun atmosphere and beautiful city views. It’s a great place to bring friends, enjoy a drink outdoors, and take in the Raleigh skyline. This is one of our favorite spots for sunset - the views are beautiful, and it’s such a fun way to spend an evening downtown.

Raleigh knows how to make a delicious beer and cider!! There are so many places to grab a drink, bring friends, and enjoy a North Carolina afternoon. These are some of our favorites around the Triangle.
East Bower Cidery: East Bower Cidery is a must-visit if you're looking for something a little different than your typical brewery. They specialize in craft ciders made with local ingredients, and the space has such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. We come here for book club a lot! Their outdoor area is the perfect place to sit, catch up with friends, and enjoy a cider on a beautiful day. Even if you don’t usually consider yourself a cider person, this is a great place to try something new.
Burial Beer Co.: Located in Downtown Raleigh, Burial Beer Co. is a favorite among craft beer lovers and one of the most well-known breweries in the area. Their beer selection is always impressive, and the space has such a cool industrial vibe that makes it a fun stop while exploring downtown. It’s a great place to grab a beer, hang out with friends, and experience one of Raleigh’s most popular breweries.
Bowstring Brewyard: Bowstring is so much more than just a brewery - it’s an entire experience. With a large outdoor space, live music, food trucks, and plenty of room to hang out, it’s one of our favorite places for groups. This is the kind of spot where you can spend an entire afternoon relaxing, grabbing drinks, and enjoying the Raleigh community. Bonus tip: Bowstring is located right near East Bower Cidery, so you can easily make a day out of visiting both!
Ponysaurus Brewing Co.: The perfect place to meet friends and enjoy a North Carolina craft beer. Located at Raleigh Iron Works, it’s also a great stop if you’re exploring the area. We tried their frozen espresso martini and it was such a fun treat!
Standard Beer + Food: Located in both Downtown Raleigh and North Hills, Standard is one of our favorite places because it combines great beer with delicious food in a fun, relaxed setting. The outdoor space makes it a great hangout spot, especially when the weather is beautiful. It’s also one of our favorite dog-friendly spots in Raleigh! Bring your pup, grab a drink, and enjoy a laid-back afternoon with friends.
Salty Turtle Beer Company: Salty Turtle Beer Company is a great local brewery to add to your list. Known for their creative beers and welcoming atmosphere, it’s a fun place to stop by with friends and try something new. It’s the perfect example of Raleigh’s growing craft beer scene - local, relaxed, and community-focused. Fun fact: Salty Turtle also has a location in Surf City, NC, so if you find yourself heading toward the beach, you can enjoy their beer there too!

Two Roosters: One of our favorite local ice cream shops in Raleigh. We love that they’re always switching things up with fun seasonal flavors, so there’s always something new to try. If you visit the Downtown Raleigh location, make a whole afternoon out of it and stop next door at Edge of Urge, one of our favorite local shops for unique gifts, clothing, and Raleigh finds.
Bittersweet: Desserts and cocktails? Say less. Located in Downtown Raleigh, Bittersweet is such a fun dessert bar that takes sweets to the next level.
This is the perfect spot for a date night, girls’ night, or when you want to end your evening with something a little more unique than your typical dessert stop. Grab a cocktail, split a dessert, and enjoy the fun atmosphere.
Burney’s Sweets: Located off Falls of Neuse Road, Burney’s is famous for their incredible croissants - and trust us, they are worth the hype.
Their croissants come filled with so many different flavors, making it impossible to choose just one. Whether you’re grabbing something for yourself or bringing treats to share, this is a Raleigh favorite for a reason. They also have a Clayton,NC and Smithfield, NC locations.
Milky Way Ice Cream: Located at Raleigh Iron Works, Milky Way Ice Cream is a fun spot to grab a sweet treat while exploring one of Raleigh’s coolest mixed-use developments. Their ice cream is delicious, and the location makes it easy to pair dessert with shopping, drinks, or dinner nearby.
The Yard Milkshake Bar: Located in Seaboard Station in Downtown Raleigh, The Yard Milkshake Bar is known for their over-the-top, crazy milkshakes—and yes, they are as good as they look! These aren’t your average milkshakes. lucettegrace: If you love macarons, you have to try lucettegrace. Located right in Downtown Raleigh, this bakery is known for beautiful, handcrafted desserts that taste just as amazing as they look. Sixty Vines: Located in North Hills, Sixty Vines is one of our favorite spots for a pizza night. While they’re known for their extensive wine selection, their pizza is seriously underrated and absolutely worth ordering. Bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions: they offer a gluten-free crust and have options for those looking for a celiac-friendly dining experience. It’s a great option when you want a nicer dinner atmosphere without sacrificing great pizza.
Trophy Brewing & Pizza: Trophy is known for their incredible beer, but don’t sleep on their pizza! Located in Downtown Raleigh, Trophy is a local favorite that combines two of our favorite things: craft beer and delicious pizza.
Vic’s Pizzeria: Located in Downtown Raleigh, Vic’s Pizzeria brings classic New York-style pizza right to the heart of the city. If you’re craving a big slice, a casual pizza night, or that true NYC pizzeria feel, this is the spot. We love Vic’s for a quick and easy meal while exploring downtown. Working from home is great… until you realize you’ve been staring at the same wall for eight hours. 😂 One of our favorite things about Raleigh is having so many beautiful spaces where you can grab a coffee, change up your scenery, and feel a little more inspired while getting work done. These are some of our favorite spots to bring your laptop, meet a friend for a work session, or escape the home office for the afternoon.
Vita Vite: Who said you can’t enjoy a glass of wine while working? 😉 Vita Vite is one of our favorite places to switch up your work-from-home routine. With plenty of seating, a beautiful atmosphere, and a unique wine-focused concept, it’s the perfect place to get out of the house and enjoy a different environment.
If an afternoon glass of wine isn’t your thing (or you’re waiting until after work), they also offer non-alcoholic wine options so you can still enjoy the experience.
Raleigh Founded: Raleigh Founded is a coworking space with multiple locations throughout the Triangle and one of the best coworking communities in Raleigh. They offer day passes, office suites, and monthly memberships, making it a great option whether you need a workspace occasionally or are looking for a more permanent setup. Fun fact: Christy actually interned at Raleigh Founded while she was in college, so this place has a special spot in her Raleigh story!
The Loading Dock: Another great coworking option in Raleigh for anyone looking for a professional workspace outside of their home. With flexible workspace options and a community-focused atmosphere, it’s a great place to be productive while still feeling connected.
Beow’s Books & Coffee: This cute little bookstore and coffee shop in Raleigh is the perfect place to slow down and get some work done. Grab a coffee, browse the books, and enjoy a cozy atmosphere that feels completely different from your typical office. Bonus tip: If you’re visiting Big Ed’s downtown, stop by Beow’s afterward and make a morning of it!
Idle Hour Coffee: Idle Hour Coffee is one of our favorite coffee shops when we need a change of scenery. They have plenty of seating, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in for a few hours. It’s the perfect spot for answering emails, working on a project, or catching up with a friend over coffee.
A quick note 💛
We love supporting local businesses, and we want to be respectful of the spaces we’re recommending. Outside of dedicated coworking spaces like Raleigh Founded and The Loading Dock, these coffee shops and restaurants are best used as a place to get out of the house, enjoy a change of scenery, and get some work done - not necessarily to camp out for 8 hours while taking up a table. A good rule of thumb: grab a drink, order something, be mindful of busy times, and support the businesses that make Raleigh such a great place to live!

One of our favorite things about Raleigh is that each area has its own shopping personality. Whether you’re looking for local boutiques, home decor, gifts, fashion, or a traditional mall experience, there are so many fun places to explore.
North Hills: North Hills is one of our favorite places to spend an afternoon shopping, grabbing a coffee, and exploring all the restaurants and businesses nearby. This mixed-use area has a great combination of local boutiques and larger retailers, making it an easy one-stop destination. Some of our favorite stores here include Voda Boutique, Altar’d State, Alo, and Anthropologie. After shopping, grab a bite to eat or walk around and enjoy the atmosphere - it’s one of Raleigh’s most popular areas for a reason.
The Village District: The Village District is one of the most charming shopping areas in Raleigh. With its walkable streets, local businesses, restaurants, and boutiques, it has such a fun neighborhood feel. Some of our favorite stops include Madison, Ivy & Leo, and FP Movement. It’s the perfect place to spend a Saturday afternoon shopping, grabbing coffee, and exploring one of Raleigh’s most iconic areas.
Downtown Raleigh: Downtown Raleigh is full of unique local shops that you won’t find everywhere else. This is where we go when we’re looking for one-of-a-kind gifts, Raleigh-themed finds, home decor, and fun pieces to add to our closets. Two of our favorite local stores are Edge of Urge and DECO Raleigh. Both are amazing places to find unique gifts, local products, and items that truly capture the personality of Raleigh.
Lafayette Village: Lafayette Village feels like a little European-inspired escape right in Raleigh. The charming outdoor setting, local shops, and restaurants make it such a fun place to walk around and spend an afternoon. Some of our favorite shops here include Stuf N Such, Woofin Waggle, and Ella Collective. It’s a great spot to find unique gifts, shop local, and enjoy a slower-paced shopping experience.
Crabtree Valley Mall: Sometimes you just need a classic shopping day, and Crabtree Valley Mall is the place to go. With tons of popular retailers all in one location, it’s a great option when you’re looking for variety. You’ll find stores like lululemon, Belk, Old Navy, and many more, making it easy to check everything off your shopping list in one trip.

Located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, this massive park is home to some of the best skyline views in the city and hosts events year-round. You'll find everything from the famous sunflower fields in the summer to the Trolls: A Field Study art installation, festivals, yoga classes, and plenty of open green space to relax. It's one of our favorite places to bring visitors because there's always something happening.
Pullen Park: is one of Raleigh's most iconic parks and a must-visit, especially for families. Located near NC State University, it's home to a historic carousel, train rides, paddle boats, playgrounds, and beautiful walking paths. Whether you're bringing kids or simply looking for a relaxing afternoon outside, Pullen Park is a Raleigh classic that never gets old.
Lake Johnson: One of our favorite places when we're looking to get outside and enjoy nature without leaving the city. The scenic walking trails loop around the lake, making it a great spot for walking, running, or simply enjoying the peaceful views. You can also rent kayaks and paddleboards, making it a fun destination if you're looking to spend a little more time on the water.
Falls Lake: If you're looking for an outdoor adventure, Falls Lake is hard to beat. Located just outside Raleigh, it's a popular destination for boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, and camping. It's the perfect place to spend an entire summer day and one of our favorite escapes when we want to enjoy North Carolina's natural beauty.
Shelby Lake Park: One of Raleigh's most peaceful parks and one of our favorite places for a morning or evening walk. The paved trail loops around the lake, making it popular with walkers, runners, and cyclists alike. It's a beautiful spot to slow down, enjoy nature, and watch the sunset over the water. If you're looking for a quiet escape without leaving Raleigh, Shelley Lake is always a great choice.

Wye Hill Kitchen & Brewing: If we had to pick one dog-friendly patio in Raleigh, Wye Hill would be at the top of our list. With arguably the best views of the Downtown Raleigh skyline, this is the perfect place to grab dinner or drinks while your pup relaxes by your side. The spacious patio, delicious food, and incredible sunset views make it one of our favorite places to bring visitors - and our dogs!
Standard Beer + Food: Standard is one of our go-to spots when we have the dogs with us. Their patios are spacious, the atmosphere is laid-back, and it always seems like there are plenty of other pups hanging out too. It's the perfect place to meet friends, grab a burger and a beer, and enjoy a beautiful Raleigh afternoon. We haven’t been to the NH location yet so unsure if they allow dogs!
Clouds Brewing: A casual, dog-friendly brewery that's perfect for spending an afternoon with friends - and your pup! They serve a great selection of European-inspired ales and lagers, and the spacious indoor and outdoor seating makes it easy to settle in for a while. Barking Dog Restaurant: The name couldn't be more fitting! Barking Dog Restaurant is a Raleigh favorite for dog lovers and one of the most pet-friendly restaurants in the area. NC State Fair: The NC State Fair is a Raleigh tradition and one of the biggest events of the year. Every October, hundreds of thousands of people come together for rides, games, live music, food, exhibits, and all the classic fair favorites. And of course, we can’t talk about the State Fair without mentioning the food! From deep-fried everything to the famous fair treats, it’s one of those Raleigh experiences everyone should have at least once (or annually!!)
Brewgaloo: one of Raleigh’s biggest and most-loved annual festivals and is recognized as the largest craft beer festival in North Carolina and one of the largest in the United States. This annual event brings together breweries from across North Carolina, along with food trucks, live music, local vendors, and thousands of people celebrating the state’s incredible craft beer scene. Even if you’re not a huge beer drinker, Brewgaloo is such a fun way to experience Raleigh’s community. If we had to pick our favorite areas of Raleigh, these would be at the top of our list. Each neighborhood has its own personality, and that’s one of the things we love most about Raleigh - there truly is a place for everyone.
North Hills is one of our favorite areas for shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and spending a full afternoon exploring. With local boutiques, great restaurants, events, and beautiful outdoor spaces, it’s one of those places that always has something going on.
Five Points is full of charm and Raleigh character. We love the beautiful neighborhoods, locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and the walkable feel that makes this area so special.
The Village District is one of Raleigh’s most iconic areas. With its boutique shopping, local businesses, restaurants, and charming streets, it’s the perfect place to spend a Saturday afternoon walking around and exploring.
Downtown Raleigh is where you’ll find some of the city’s best restaurants, nightlife, festivals, local businesses, and events. From grabbing dinner downtown to attending one of Raleigh’s many annual events, this area truly captures the energy of the city.
Our Raleigh Stories:
One of the things we love most about running Thriving in Raleigh is that we’ve actually lived in different parts of the area ourselves. We aren’t just sharing recommendations - we’ve experienced what makes each community special. Christy previously lived in Southeast Raleigh and loved being close to everything, including Downtown Raleigh, North Hills, Cary, and Clayton. It was also a great first-time homebuyer option because it offered a little more affordability while still keeping her connected to the city. Olivia lived at MAA Wade Park for more than two years and loved the convenience of being close to restaurants, entertainment, the North Carolina State Fair, and Lenovo Center. As we both started looking for larger homes and more space, we eventually moved outside of Raleigh. Today, Christy lives in Kenly and Olivia lives in Fuquay-Varina, and we’ve loved this new chapter. We still spend so much time in Raleigh creating content, trying new restaurants, attending events, and sharing our favorite finds with all of you. That’s what makes the Triangle so special - you can find a place that fits every season of life, whether you want city living, a walkable neighborhood, or a little more space outside the city. ❤️
